This dress is just stunning. I typically shy away from yellow, and I actually walked away from this dress after trying it on for the first time because of that reason, but I kept thinking about it over and over the days following and I knew I had to go back and get it!
And, if we are being honest here, I don’t typically shop at Forever21. I find that the quality of their clothing is fairly low overall. Their prices are great but you definitely get what you pay for. I TRULY don’t believe this dress falls into this category as it feels and looks way more expensive than it is! It is fully double lined from the waist down – the first line of lace is see through to the skin but all lower lace lines are overlooking the liner!
This dress runs true to size and is the perfect length when I wear heels! For reference I am almost 5’6″ and am wearing 4″ heels. The lace detailing on this dress is what sold me. It is so fun and flirty and feminine I couldn’t resist! It is a bit low cut so for my well endowded ladies I wouldn’t recommend this unless you are going to pair this with a bralette or are comfortable with a ton of cleavage.
Unfortunately this dress and all it’s many colors keeps going in and out of stock. Currently there is a beautiful brick red color available in all sizes online! At only $40 I think this dress is PERFECT for any special occasion you have this summer! The red could also easily transition into fall and winter if you don’t live any place too cold! Fingers crossed the other colors come back in stock soon as they also had a white and a beautiful dusty blue!
